Cheyenne you are the only person in this world that could be the mother of these two perfect kids. They are so beautiful and amazing and that truly comes from all the love and care that you poor into their souls. Eleanor would not have her wild and ambitious heart without you. Isaac would not have his cheesy, insatiable grin without you. Their eyes shine with the brightness of your love! They are happy, they are healthy and their lives are full because of everything you do for them. I could not be more amazed and more proud of the mother you have become. The compassion and character that you show these two little ones is what every mother should strive for and hope to be. I love you! They love you! They need you, always and forever. I know that it's tireless, stressful and sometimes thankless but I hope you know that they are the reward!
